About me

As a highly motivated EngD. and MSc. Process Engineer,

I bring a unique combination of technical expertise and leadership skills to any project.

My in-depth knowledge of chemical processes, modeling, and simulation, as well as hands-on experience with computational fluid dynamics, programming, and coding in a range of software, including

MATLAB, Python, Aspen Plus, and Hysys, enables me to

contribute valuable insights and innovative solutions to complex projects.

With a proven track record of delivering results in chemical process design, process and energy optimization, and heat-integration for efficiency improvements, I have the ability to use my own initiative and develop cost-effective methods to achieve targets. My excellent communication and interpersonal skills enable me to work effectively in teams and lead projects from start to finish,

always striving to go the extra mile to ensure a successful outcome.

In my leisure time, I enjoy swing trading after taking technical analysis and price action courses,

taking drone footage of the places I visit, and traveling with my wife and toddler.

Thesis: Intensified Dimethyl Ether Production from Synthesis Gas with CO2

  • One step DME synthesis is simulated in a wall-coated, air cooled microreactor.

  • Intensified reactor suppresses hot-spots observed in packed-bed units by > ∼75%.

  • Conventional space time yields of DME can almost be doubled by intensification.

  • CO conversion and DME yield are the most affected by syngas feed temperature.

  • The project is published on Chemical Engineering Journal 370 (2019) 885-896.
